How long does shipping take? We only use express couriers and delivery times vary by location.

Worldwide: 2-6 business days.

Europe: 1-4 business days.

Italy: 1-2 business days (excluding remote locations and minor islands) 

What are the shipping costs? 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. Please note that for worldwide shipments, customs duties and taxes are always included. Moreover if you spend more than €400, shipment is free !

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also follow the tracking on the website in the dedicated menu section.
