- Are your items new ? No, most of our items are second hand. This means they have been previously owned and worn, which makes each piece unique and sustainable.
- How do you check the quality of used clothes? We carefully inspect every garment for signs of wear, such as fading, pilling or damage.
- How do you describe the condition? We use the following grades:
Mint/New with tags: Unworn, flawless.
Excellent: Gently worn, no visible flaws.
Very Good: Minor, insignificant signs of wear
Good: Moderate wear, but still stylish and functional.
Poor: significant signs of wear and tear
- Are the items you sell authentic ? Sure, we guarantee the authenticity of every product we sell. Each item is carefully authenticated by a team of experts to ensure its genuineness.
Measurements & Sizing
Do items fit true to size? Vintage sizing varies a lot from decade to decade and can differ from modern standards. We recommend checking the measurements provided in the description rather than just the tag size. if you need further assistance please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll be happy to help.
POSTERS
Are posters framed? Posters are sold unframed and shipped rolled in protective tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping & Delivery
- How long does shipping take? We only use express couriers and delivery times vary by location.
Worldwide: 2-6 business days.
Europe: 1-4 business days.
Italy: 1-2 business days (excluding remote locations and minor islands)
- What are the shipping costs? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. Please note that for worldwide shipments, customs duties and taxes are always included. moreover , if you spend more than €400 shipment is free !
- Can I track my order? Absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also follow the tracking on the website in the dedicated menu section.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product and receive a refund? Most returns depend on sizing, so our advice is to always carefully check the item measurements before purchasing. For this reason we do not accept returns.
Refunds are only issued as store credit if the item was misrepresented. If you believe you received an item that does not match our description, please contact us with your order number.
